Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for helping restaurants succeed? Are you ready to take on the exciting challenge of selling an all-in-one software solution that transforms restaurant operations? If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Representative!


Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new restaurant clients while nurturing existing relationships. You will be a vital part of our growth strategy, working closely with restaurant owners and managers to demonstrate how our comprehensive software solution can benefit their businesses. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential restaurant clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each restaurant and tailor our software solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our all-in-one software solution.
  • Closing Deals: Work diligently to close sales deals by effectively communicating the value proposition and ROI of our software.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant clients to ensure satisfaction and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of the workforce management industry and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate our software products.
  • Higher education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
